Treasurers Report
Balance $10,764
Due to a change of officers, we need to set up the new signing list for the bank (Remove Steve, add Glenn).
Books close June 30th.
Financial report and audit due in August.
Program
The April talk was CAPA II by Bob Vidile, A follow up to the CAPA I talk he gave previously. Greg will supply some notes for the newsletter to go along with the pictures sent.
We are reminded that the section membership is also invited to the APICS April meeting at the same rate as APICS members. Their current talks are in line with Quality skills.
Glenn will send Greg the announcement for May’s meeting who will send it out to the membership.
May’s program, “ISO for Healthcare” will be presented by Glenn. He will contact doctors and Hospitals.
Reminder: Glenn will obtain a software copy of the comment card APICS uses.

description for the April Meeting to go with the
pictures that Greg Sent... Greg sent him one.
Education
The next course is scheduled for a Tuesday – Wednesday in late September.
2/3 attendance is coming from a Stone Ridge Company who will also host the event.
Glenn is setting up the subcontract with Ben.
The course will also be offered to outsiders who will also pay a course fee.
The course will be Internal Auditor training.
We need to get the details finalized so we can post early in ASQ calendar.
A save the date will be placed in the newsletter.
No 30 day limit since there are no hotel contracts. However class size will be limited by facilities so early sign up will still be encouraged.
Ben sent Glenn the proposal.
If the company gets the grant the course is a definite go.
We will use the Department of Labor as a source.

Greg will fill in for Penny due to timing but Joe Sirmans will be taking over her role.
Glenn will send details regarding the course for posting in the May newsletter.
Glenn will send his bio and the details of his talk for the newsletter.

Greg contacted Denise (certification & recertification) and Steve Q. (internet liaison / webmaster) regarding continuing on and they agreed. He will also post them along with the new officers on the website and in the newsletter.

Business Plan
Greg updated the plan. It needs to be reviewed at June EXCOM. The only item missing is membership.
